The Carter's | OshKosh Australia team makes every effort to get your orders to you as soon as possible. The delivery time frame is within 3-7 working days of the date the order is placed. There may be certain circumstances of a large influx of orders that can affect the delivery timeframe.

Due to flooding, some parts of regional VIC, NSW & QLD are currently experiencing delivery delays.
Some parcels are being delivered up to 10 days later than estimated due to damage to the delivery network.
We've made it easy for you to feel confident in getting gifts sorted early - eligible items purchased between the 1st of December and the 20th of December can be returned until the 31st of January 2023.
We currently ship to all Australian addresses including Regional Areas, PO Boxes, Private Parcel Lockers and Australian Armed Forces addresses. In some cases outlying or regional areas can take up to 7-10 days to deliver, please refer to your local Australia post terms and conditions for more information.
Now shipping into New Zealand via Australia Post International Express. Delivery time frame cannot be guaranteed at this time due to the impact of COVID on the supply chain. However, we are seeing delivery times range from 15 - 20 Days depending on location.
All orders ship via a third party called Shippit which use a selection of couriers based on your locations. Some of the couriers include Amarex, Couriers Please, Australia Post, DHl, SEKO, StraTrack and TNT.
All items purchased from our online store can be returned for a full refund with 30 days of the receipt of goods. We cannot accept returns in our retail stores for orders purchased online.
Items must be in new and re-sellable condition with all tags included to qualify for a return. When packaging the items for return delivery please make sure they in a safe and protected satchel to avoid damaged upon shipment. If the instructions are not followed you could have your return denied and have item(s) sent back to you.
- Orders of $99 or more receive free returns.
- Orders $99 and under are required to be sent back using your own shipping method once lodging the return request, further instructions will be provided.
- Orders of $149 or more receive free returns.
- Orders $149 and under are required to be sent back using your own shipping method once lodging the return request, further instructions will be provided.
How to lodge a return
Please use the return request button below to start an online return.
You will need your email address and order number found in account area or order confirmation email to proceed. Only one return can be lodged per order so please choose your styles carefully when lodging the return.
To simplify our return process, we no longer offer exchanges on items purchased online, we only provide a full refund on the item(s) being returned. You can then re-order the correct item or size online at anytime. Please note the original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless we have made an error or incorrect delivery.
Once the return is received by our team please allow 3-5 days for the refund to processed.
If the item is different from described by the website or incorrectly received - we'll will provide a full refund and all shipping or handling costs incurred.

FULL PRICE PURCHASES: We are happy to exchange, issue a credit note or refund, to the same value purchased as long as the below Terms and Conditions are satisfied:
- Goods are in original condition, unwashed, unworn and with original tags and packaging;
- Goods are in a re-saleable condition;
- Proof of purchase must be provided;
- Goods are returned within 14 days of purchase
NO REFUNDS ON SALE/PROMOTION ITEMS: We are happy to exchange or issue a credit note for these items as long as the above Terms and Conditions are satisfied.
REFUNDS: All refunds are made to the same method of payment used to purchase the goods and for the same value they were purchased. The refund amount will be deducted from a Club Member spend.
GIFTS: No refunds can be provided for GIFTS. Gifts can be exchanged or issued with a credit note when accompanied with a Gift Exchange Card and/or Gift Receipt.
